Data Hub
  • We take every precaution to ensure that information presented in the Data Hub is accurate. Data has been gathered from our case records up to the end of the month listed in the data visualisation.
  • We do not recommend relying solely on the data presented when making decisions.
  • Percentages have been rounded to the nearest first decimal. Percentages in the visualisation may not add up to 100.
  • Cases can be assigned to multiple issues. The numbers assigned to issues may not add up to the total number of cases.

The difference between ‘live’ data and ‘snapshot’ data

The information presented in the Data Hub is ‘live’ up to the end of the month listed in the visualisation. Cases can sometimes be amended, reopened and reallocated. Adjustments made to cases in the past will be reflected in the Data Hub.

Our annual report, uses ‘snapshot’ data when comparing periods. Snapshot data is fixed to the end of the reporting period and isn’t updated when any adjustments are made to cases.

For these reasons, there may be discrepancies between data in our annual report and the Data Hub.
