EWOV has created a Community Agency Pack, specifically for the Victorian community, welfare and health services sectors. It provides those of you at the front-line with tips and information about energy and water that you can draw on to help your clients. It includes the following EWOV-created information:

  • A new Community agency poster about EWOV's role and process.

It also includes information from other organisations in the energy and water industry, such as the Essential Services Commission (ESC), the Department of Economic Development, Jobs, Transport and Resources (DEDJTR), and Moreland Energy Foundation. This information provides advice about energy efficiency, flexible pricing, energy marketing and hardship assistance.
